77GHz short-range millimeter-wave radar has higher accuracy, higher resolution and smaller size than 24GHz radar.
The 77GHz radar is installed at the rear corners of the vehicle or at the front and rear corners of the vehicle to detect the movement of the targets at the rear, lateral rear or front of the road. Judge the target into the detection area through the software algorithm and alert the driver in sound and visual form. System functions such as blind spot detection (BSD), lane change assist (LCA), rear collision warning (RCW), door opening warning (DOW), and front and rear crossing traffic alert (F/RCTA) are provided to help the driver during normal driving or lane change and steering, aware of the vehicles and other targets approaching in the blind area, make safe driving decisions in time.
